 Sold Out Items

 Do you love something that has the "Sold Out" tag over it?  Let me know!  I can often order more from the artists, and in some cases the items are on the way and haven't arrived yet.  I can put you first in line to get something when I restock, or do a special order for you. 

Shipping

It is a 1-woman shop here, but I know that you are excited to get your new favorite thing, so I try to ship in two business days.  I typically ship USPS first class or Priority mail.  If you need something rush/express, please let me know and we can work it out.

International Orders

Please note international orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by the receiving country and buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  

International shipping can be incredibly expense.  Please contact me prior to order and I will get a shipping quote to you.  It often is hard to track packages effectively and control timing, so while I will mail all international packages with delivery confirmation and signature required receipt when possible, once your package leaves the United States, I cannot be responsible for the time it takes to arrive or for any lost or missing packages.  

Gifts

Buying something as a gift?  Please let me know at check out or drop me an email and I am happy to gift wrap or include a note, free of charge.

Return Policy

I hope you love everything you buy at Plumfield, but if you don't, please feel free to contact me.

If an item arrives damaged, please let me know immediately and I will be happy to exchange it. 

For all other returns I am happy to issue a store credit within 15 days upon the return of the item in the same condition it was received - apothecary items must be unopened. Please send me an email, and ship the item to me in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs on original and replacement items.
